We only noticed after the concierge left that the WIFI password we were provided did not work, and the safe was locked and would not open. Sent a quick email and they showed up at around 10am the next morning to fix these minor issues.
The pool area is nice, lots of shade, but not very many chairs (you need to be there fairly early to get a chair). No food, drinks or alcohol is allowed at the pool, though there are 2 small seating areas not too far away that people used for this purpose.
We were really enjoying our stay, and did not experience any real issues until Wednesday afternoon when the A/C unit in the master bedroom stopped working, we reported it first thing on Thursday and had someone from maintenance in the condo for most of the day on Thursday. He replaced a part and said it was fixed, but it was not. We had to notify the concierge about it again on Friday. The maintenance man was in the condo again for a large portion of Friday, but was still unable to get the A/C unit to work. We had to crank up the A/C unit in the main living space make the bedroom cool enough to sleep. The ceiling fans have lights and cannot be operated without the lights on.
We also had WIFI issues starting Thursday and continuing thru our departure on Saturday afternoon, again a technician was sent out and could not get it to work so we had different people coming and going for most of Thursday and Friday.
We had they offered a later check out time due to the issues we had experienced, but they forgot to send someone for the walk thru so we had to call.
After the walk thru was finished, we had to wait about 20 minutes for our damage deposit to be returned because the people on site at that time were not authorized to retu
Response from Playa MomentsThe front desk of Sabbia is not the same of Playa Moments, when our guests arrive they let us know so we go to welcome them, specially when is after our office hours. Also the building has its own administration and rules that's why there are rules and politics for the ccommon areas such as the pool, the gym and the meetings room. Regarding to the air condition, as soon as you reported it we sent maintenance service to fix it but there was one part missing so the day after, as soon as they got it they went back and fix it. We work with external companies to have wifi in our apartments, so as soon as you reported the problem we called the technician to check it and they sent us a new modem which we recieved after you left. We have no control over the time of the external companies that we work with, we can report the issues and wait for their solution. The check-out after 11 am has a charge of us$100 but for the inconveniences we gave it to you for free so the concierge had to go to the unit and check that everything was in order to give you the security deposit back.
