Lovely to have a 2 bedroom spacious apartment so that everyone could stay together rather than two separate rooms. Everything was lovely just let down by the sofa. Very lovely, very good service. Staff have been very friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect.
Great location and perfect for a small group!

Loved our stay at Nolita. Really great location and access to anything you need. Loved two bathrooms and access to rooftop pool. Since you’re coming from beach & pool often the place got dirty quickly, would recommend maid service if you’re staying for more than a few days. Also construction/landscaping was happing on the roof which was really dirty and the pool got dirty quickly, which we were able to work around, but a heads up/mid week cleaning is the roof could have been appreciated!

Being in a condo overlooking 5th ave.Playa del Carmen gives you a whole new perspective on a holiday. The Location was perfect, the two bedroom two bathroom was awesome and the rooftop pool was just plain cool. Overall a great experience and would do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks

Good, clean modern apartment. Right on the busy 5th Avenue, so plenty of restaurants and shops. The downside is that there is music and talking through the night. Easy to get around, abundant taxis if don't want to walk. About 40 minutes for airport.
We had a major issue on arrival at the appartment , when the transfer driver left us outside the apartment at 11pm,, with keys that didn't open the main door. Given there is no front desk and nobody answered the emergency phone number, it wasn't pleasant after a long flight. Fortunately eventually another resident let us into the building, and the appartment key was correct. However It meant we couldn't all leave the building until it was sorted, which took time, as Sunday the office is closed and the concierge has the day off. After the experience we had an enjoyable stay, before moving onto Tulum.
