Apartment was very nice but with some issues. There was construction in the building which was noisy all day and even at night at 2am. Also water kept turning off . Building maintenance can be better, the pool and hot tub area is poorly managed and the hot tubs are not working. Also communication with owners was very difficult and they only communicated in Spanish.

I had few bad Experiences with renting apartments before, this one was amazing.
It was very clean, the attention was beyond expected, the rooftop pool, was so much fun, and the location of the apartment is great!

The accommodation was not as we expected.

The apartment itself was nice, clean and with the structure of rooms and bathrooms ok.

We had booked an apartment further away from the noise, on a high floor, duplex penthouse and close to the exit to Cozumel.

We were moved to an apartment without notice, not in accordance with the above items, which were decisive for our stay.

Unfortunately it was not as we expected.
